2. Nature of Payments
Fees paid to GoldSignalProviders cover:
- Participation in our Signal Provider Evaluation Programs
- Enrollment in premium training or digital services
- Any other digital service offered on the site
These payments are for educational and digital services only and do not constitute trading deposits or financial investments. Virtual funded accounts or signal copying to real accounts are services provided for evaluation and support purposes only and do not guarantee any profit.
3. General Refund Conditions
3.1 Before Program or Service Start
A full refund may be granted if the request is made before the official start of the program, provided that:
- No virtual account or evaluation has been activated
- No access to the services has been provided
Refunds will correspond to the amount paid, excluding any transaction fees.
3.2 After Account Activation or Program Participation
Once a virtual account or service has been activated, standard refunds are not available, except in the following cases:
- Verified technical error attributable to GoldSignalProviders preventing access to the program
- Duplicate billing or incorrect payment
- Exceptional cancellation approved by our support team for a legitimate reason
In such cases, GoldSignalProviders may offer a partial refund or an equivalent credit for future participation.
4. Non-Refundable Products and Services
No refunds will be issued for:
- Programs that have already started or been completed
- Virtual accounts suspended for violation of GoldSignalProviders rules
- Digital services delivered immediately (training, platforms, educational content)
- Transaction fees, banking fees, or payment processing commissions
5. How to Request a Refund

Processing a refund request may take 10–15 business days, depending on the payment method used.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, cryptocurrency, online wallet, etc.), unless otherwise agreed.
No cash refunds will be provided.
7. Special Cases
GoldSignalProviders reserves the right to:
- Deny a refund in cases of suspected fraud or abuse
- Suspend or ban the related account
- Offer, at its discretion, an equivalent credit usable for a future participation
